Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with working professionals and guide them in selecting suitable management programs to advance their careers.
2. Reach out to prospective candidates through calls and explain available program options.
3. Understand candidates' career goals and recommend relevant courses.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
5. Manage and update candidate records and sales data.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
7. Follow the complete sales process from lead generation to enrollment.
8. Collaborate with team members to maximize business growth and conversions.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
