We provide Japanese language training, SSW training, and interview preparation, and support candidates throughout the recruitment, pre-departure, and post-departure process.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Japanese language classes for JLPT N5–N4 students.
- Provide Japanese-English interpretation and translation for meetings, documents, and business communication.
- Support interview preparation and orientation programs for candidates seeking employment in Japan.
- Assist with sales presentations, marketing activities, and promotional initiatives involving Japanese and Indian clients.
- Coordinate with Japanese teachers, internal teams, students, and external partners.
- Maintain student records, reports, and other required documentation.
- Take on additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required by the Company.
What We’re Looking For
- JLPT N3 or above with strong Japanese communication skills.
- Ability to teach Japanese at the N5–N4 level.
- Good English communication skills; Hindi/Telugu is an advantage.
- Strong interpretation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with native Japanese speakers and working in a Japanese business environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
