Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, resolving customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with sales or operations teams when required
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM systems)
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required]
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Pay: ₹11,303.39 - ₹20,662.86 per month
