The Retail Network Development (RND) Quality Team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and quality-driven delivery of Titan retail stores across formats and brands. The team creates value by partnering with project stakeholders, vendors, franchisees, and internal teams to uphold Titan's quality and brand standards throughout the store development lifecycle.
As a Quality Control Manager (QCM), you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across all retail projects within your region. The role involves conducting comprehensive quality assessments of Civil, Interior, Services, and Fixture works during project execution as well as after store completion. These assessments are carried out across both company-owned and franchisee-led store projects.
A key responsibility is evaluating projects against defined quality standards and issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) along with quality ratings to relevant stakeholders. The role also requires identifying recurring quality issues across projects and vendors, conducting root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring effective implementation of agreed solutions.
The QCM is also expected to build quality capability across the ecosystem by delivering training and awareness programs to project teams, contractors, vendors, and franchise partners within the region.

As a Quality Control Manager at Titan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of Titan's retail footprint, driving continuous improvement across projects, and ensuring every store delivers the premium experience associated with Titan's brands.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments for retail projects during execution and after completion.
- Evaluate Civil, Interior, Services, and Fixture works against established quality standards.
- Issue NCRs and project quality ratings, ensuring timely closure of identified gaps.
- Analyze recurring quality deviations and drive root cause resolution with stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve vendor quality performance through data-driven insights and interventions.

- Ensure adherence to Titan's brand standards, project specifications, and customer experience expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement across the retail network.
