.1. Handling Payments
- Receive payments from customers for vehicle purchases, servicing, spare parts, and accessories
- Accept multiple payment modes (cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, finance)
- Ensure accurate billing and issue receipts/invoices
- Daily Cash Management
- Maintain daily cash register and records
- Perform cash reconciliation at the end of the day
- Deposit cash in bank as per company policy
- Handle petty cash transactions
- Explain bills and charges clearly to customers
- Address payment-related queries or discrepancies
- Ensure smooth and polite customer experience
- Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with sales team for vehicle billing
6. Compliance & Accuracy
- Follow company policies and financial procedures
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and avoid discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with billing software (like ERP systems)
- Honesty and integrity
- Work with service advisors for service invoices
- Communicate with accounts/finance department for reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
