About the Role
Gtech Web Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) – SaaS Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, promoting software solutions, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Connect with prospective clients and explain SaaS products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, IT, or software sales.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
