We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Bakery Production Assistant to join our growing bakery manufacturing plant. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production team, helping with the preparation, baking, packaging, and quality control of our bakery products. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the bakery manufacturing unit.
Handle raw materials, weighing ingredients, and preparing dough/batters according to recipes.
Operate and monitor bakery machinery (mixers, ovens, slicers, and packaging machines) safely.
Package, label, and box finished bakery goods for dispatch.
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards on the production floor.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or ITI/Diploma (Experience in food production is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply).
Skills: Ability to follow instructions carefully, basic stamina for physical work, and a strong commitment to hygiene.
Traits: Punctual, disciplined, and a team player.
Location: On-site at our manufacturing plant.

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills).
