Role Overview
The Front Desk Executive is the first impression of Ekyana. This role requires composure, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
You will manage bookings, client coordination, billing, and daily operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients professionally
- Manage appointments and scheduling
- Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries
- Maintain billing and POS system
- Maintain client database and intake forms
- Coordinate between doctor, therapists, and trainers
- Follow up with clients for appointments
- Maintain reception area aesthetics
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in hospitality / wellness / clinic
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
