Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior execution work at project sites from start to final handover. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior finishing, site coordination, contractor handling, and quality control. The role requires daily site supervision, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, timelines, and required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage interior site execution work from start to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and design specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper finishing work.
- Ensure material availability and coordinate with purchase/office team for required site materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues immediately.
- Manage manpower and maintain discipline at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager/management.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure requirements are fulfilled properly.
- Ensure final finishing, snag clearance, and smooth project handover.
- Ensure safety standards and proper site cleanliness.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor / Site Incharge.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, finishing, and site processes.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings, working drawings, and layouts.
- Good understanding of materials like plywood, laminates, hardware, gypsum, paint, tiles, etc.
- Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
