Customer Support Executive (Chat)
CTC: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.0 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 7 Hours per Day
Location: Vijayawada
Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer/system knowledge is mandatory
- Typing speed of 30–35 WPM
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for handling customer queries through chat providing timely resolutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and following company quality standards and processes. Important
Note: A 4-day training program will be provided before onboarding. At the end of the training, candidates will undergo a qualification test.
