We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven coordinator to support our business development & finance functions. Pls note, this is not an accounting role. This is mainly a coordination role.
This role will help to bridge coordination between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation and operational compliance.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, invoices and purchase orders in an organised and timely manner
· Maintain standardised documentation across sales and finance functions
· Keep financial records updated and coordinate with vendors and clients
· Follow up on outstanding payments and support with account reconciliation
· Handle basic accounting tasks using Tally and Zoho, including banking-related work
· Assist with billing coordination and maintain accurate client billing information
· Liaise with pharma purchase teams to ensure timely documentation
· Support the business development team with admin tasks, documentation and follow-ups
· Bridge communication between business development and finance teams
· Ensure clean and accurate data entry and reporting in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
Required Skill-sets:
- Excellent organisational, verbal & written skills. Must be well spoken in English and Hindi language.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations relevant to invoicing and compliances.
- Experience or working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.
- High attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes.
- Proactive attitude and collaborative team player.

Location: Mumbai (Santacruz West) – Office is located 2 minutes walking distance from Santacruz railway station
Required Work Experience – 6 months - 4 years
Compensation – Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related finance-focused field.
- Prior experience in accounts, administration or purchase coordination roles.
- Exposure to working with pharma or healthcare clients is a plus.
