The South India Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for the LED manufacturing unit across South Indian states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala. The role focuses on developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
The manager oversees the regional sales team, sets targets, monitors performance, and ensures achievement of revenue goals. They play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and positioning the company’s LED products competitively in the market.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and effective promotional activities. The Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, handling major negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing strategies.
Strong leadership, communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the LED industry and regional markets are essential for success in this role.
Hand on experience in Bitrix
Qualification: MBA-Marketing or any PG on Marketing
