Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Clients, Sales Engineer & HO for Prompt & Timely Services
- Promote Company Products & Services
- Converting Client for AMC
- Servicing the Clients as per TAT Given by the company
- Coordinating with HO for Spares, Ticket Generation or Any Support Required.
- Regular Visit to Clients who have Taken AMC as per Agreement
- Filling & Providing Timely Service Reports
- Responsible for Commissioning of Machines in the Territory Serviced
- Performing Emergency services when required
- Resolve Malfunctions of the machines
- Proper Drafting of Service Reports
- Follow up with the Existing Client for Business.
- Attend Phone Calls of Customers.
- Make All Entries into ERP
- Develop existing clients and generate Service Revenue.
- Ensure Timely payment collection from clients.
- Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
