About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and hashtags to generate fresh content ideas.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, and social media content aligned with the brand voice.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Monitor content performance and provide basic insights and reports.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute social media campaigns effectively.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen interest in social media trends and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media management tools.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
