Staff Accountant (US Accounting) – Training Provided

We are a growing US-based CPA and accounting firm providing bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting services to businesses in the United States. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who want to build a long-term career in US accounting.
No prior experience in US accounting is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Job Responsibilities
Your workday will generally be divided into two parts:
Financial Accounting & Client Bookkeeping
- Enter vendor invoices and bills into accounting software.
- Record client bank and credit card transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Bank Statement Processing & Bookkeeping
- Download bank statements and financial documents from client banking portals.
- Process bank transactions for multiple small business clients.
- Categorize income and expenses accurately.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure client records are complete and up to date.
Qualifications
- B.Com degree in Accounting or Commerce.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
