Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Quantum Researchers with a deep foundation in Quantum Physics and Quantum Circuit Design.
In this role, you will lead the theoretical framework and architectural design of our software appliance.
You will ensure that the toolchain accurately models, encodes, and mitigates errors across superconducting quantum computing platforms, anchoring advanced research into a structured, deployable toolchain for India’s emerging quantum ecosystem.
Key Responsibility
Fault-Tolerant Circuit Design: Architect robust fault-tolerant quantum logic, syndrome extraction circuits, and level-specific error mitigation routines tailored to real-world hardware topologies.
Hardware-Aware Scheduling: Translate the complex physical noise characteristics of superconducting qubits into mathematical constraints to inform software-level scheduling and compiling.
Theoretical Benchmarking: Establish rigorous validation metrics (including logical error rates and pseudothresholds) to analyze the fundamental limits and performance of developed decoders.
Ecosystem Leadership: Act as the domain expert, driving the core physics logic of the tool chain and aligning software milestones with emerging trends in fault-tolerant quantum computation (FTQC).
