- Handle end-to-end import documentation and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Track import shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of import entries, invoices, BOE, and logistics data.
- Manage and follow up on vendor payments, freight charges,
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import policies, and company guidelines.
- Prepare reports related to imports, shipment status, expenses, and logistics activities.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or payment matters.
- Coordinate internally with accounts, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Logistics.
- Good knowledge of import procedures, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Experience in handling import payments, shipment entries, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with BOE filing, shipping documents, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Busy, Tally, or SAP.
- Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and freight processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
