Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving website traffic, and enhancing the company's digital presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage company social media pages and respond to inquiries.
- Increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the development team for website updates and optimization.
Content Marketing
- Create marketing content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content development.
Lead Generation
- Generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
- Track and improve conversion rates across campaigns.
- Support sales and business development teams with marketing-qualified leads.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Social media marketing and campaign management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing and real estate marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
