Job Summary
Herbal Deck is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers/Sales Executives to promote and sell herbal wellness products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, explaining product benefits, handling customer queries, and converting leads into sales. We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Explain herbal products and their benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good Hindi communication skills (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
