We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) Freelancer to generate leads, meet clients, and promote our services in the Calicut market. The candidate should have good communication and field marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, and networking
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, product presentations, client meetings & presentations
- Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and close deals
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous business flow
- Focus on increasing revenue and improving conversion ratio
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding closure targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
