Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agri Marketing Executive to promote and sell our agricultural products, including bio-fertilizers and animal nutrition solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market agri products to farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Gather market feedback and competitor analysis
- Submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field areas
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products and practices
- Freshers are welcome
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of bio-fertilizers or agri-inputs
- Ability to engage with farmers effectively
