Required Skills
- Knowledge of structural steel erection standards.
- Welding inspection and NDT knowledge.
- Reading fabrication and erection drawings.
- Understanding of ITPs, Method Statements, WPS, PQR, and welding maps.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review and verification.
- Familiarity with document management systems (Aconex, Procore, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.).
- Ability to generate quality tracking reports and inspection logs
- Ability to supervise and mentor QA/QC inspectors.
- Strong team leadership and workforce coordination skills.
- Effective delegation and task management.
- Ability to conduct toolbox talks and quality awareness sessions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
