Job Summary:
Vedtam Tech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Executive to drive B2B growth for our IT and cybersecurity services. This role involves end-to-end responsibility from lead generation to initial client engagement and pipeline development.
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals confident in sales, prospecting, and revenue generation. Candidates who perform consistently will be offered a full-time role with a fixed salary and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, and online research
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as CTOs, CISOs, IT Managers, Founders, and Compliance Heads
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct initial client outreach, requirement understanding, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal submission and deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and business development targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales
- Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead qualification, and client acquisition
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English mandatory)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation Structure:
- Initial Phase: Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)
- Attractive incentives based on lead generation and successful conversions
- High earning potential with no upper limit
- Transition to fixed salary + incentives based on performance
Employment Terms:
- Initial contract duration: 3 months (performance evaluation period)
- May be extended up to 6 months based on performance
- Opportunity for permanent full-time employment upon successful evaluation

- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based (commission-only) structure initially
- Prior remote work experience is an advantage
