Key Responsibilities
- Operate package filling and liquid filling machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines before production runs and perform machine changeovers when required.
- Ensure accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging of products.
- Maintain production records, batch details, and machine logs.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine breakdowns or quality issues to the maintenance/team leader.
- Follow SOPs, and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Ensure minimum product wastage and maximum machine efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Maintain production log book
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in package and liquid filling operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, or Hygiene manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of machine settings, troubleshooting, and production processes.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling automatic/semi-automatic filling machines.
- Knowledge of pouch, bottle, or container filling operations.
- Familiarity with labeling, and packaging systems
Pay: ₹8,542.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
