Position Overview:
I Broad Media seeks experienced advertising professionals to join our team in Mumbai,
Bengaluru & Noida. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships,
and strategically expanding our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of success in a similar role within the advertising agencies, Radio station, Print Media,
OOH companies or Digital marketing agencies.
Responsibilities:
Identifies and prospects potential clients across the market segments
Develops customized proposals and presentations that showcase Reach India's
capabilities and solutions tailored to each client's requirements
Generates potential leads and persuades them to close using networking tools and
other mediums
Collaborates with internal teams, including creative, strategy and account
management, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
Staying abreast on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to
identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Understands media verticals (Radio, TV, Digital, OOH etc.) and pitches the proposal
by understanding the client’s requirements and budget
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 3-7 years in business development or sales roles
within the advertising industry or marketing agency only.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
