As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination within the team.

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales for commercial kitchen equipment and FMCG products. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, identifying business opportunities, promoting products, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries, caterers, supermarkets, retail stores, and other potential clients to promote products
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
- Promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, storage systems, and related products
- Promote FMCG products to distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and payments
- Follow up on pending payments and customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality products, FMCG, or B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Valid driving license preferred
