Technical & Application Support
- Understand customer testing, measurement, validation, and automation requirements.
- Recommend suitable solutions involving Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Supplies, RF Test Equipment, Digital Multimeters, Power Analyzers, and related instruments.
- Conduct technical discussions to understand customer applications and challenges.
- Prepare application notes, solution proposals, and technical presentations.
Pre-Sales Activities
- Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites and online.
- Support techno-commercial discussions and solution positioning.
- Assist the sales team during customer meetings and technical evaluations.
- Prepare BOMs and solution configurations based on customer requirements.
- Respond to technical RFQs and tenders.
Customer Engagement
- Provide installation, commissioning, and user training.
- Support proof-of-concept activities and customer trials.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with OEM partners when required.
- Build strong relationships with R&D, Production, Quality, and Validation teams of customers.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare technical reports, application documents, and demonstration records.
- Maintain customer application databases and technical knowledge repositories.
- Deliver periodic technical presentations and webinars.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Product Teams.
- Share market feedback and customer requirements for business development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Test & Measurement Industry
- Electronics Manufacturing (EMS)
- R&D Labs
- Instrumentation & Automation
- RF Testing
- Validation & Verification Engineering
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Good understanding of electronic measurements and instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oscilloscopes
- Digital Multimeters
- DC Power Supplies
- Signal Generators
- Spectrum Analyzers
- Power Analyzers
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and electronic schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Preferred:
- RF/Wireless testing knowledge.
- LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, or Test Automation exposure.
- EMC/EMI testing awareness.
- Experience in EV, Battery Testing, Semiconductor, or Telecom applications.

- Willingness to travel across South India for customer visits and demonstrations.

Compensation & Benefits
