About the Role
· Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns. Coordinate with the sales team to address and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers by ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Generate and manage new business leads through IndiaMART, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions to convert inquiries into business opportunities. Act as a key link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful client engagement.
Location :- Rajkot
Time : 9:30 to 7:30 (sunday week off)
Salary :- up to 20,000/-
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
