Research, Testing, and Development
- Plan and execute advanced chemical experiments and formulations.
- Develop and validate new analytical methods or testing procedures.
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC-MS, and ICP-MS.
Quality Control and Compliance
- Review data validity, calculations, and technical documents for accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and ISO standards.
- Investigate out-of-specification results, product defects, or customer complaints.
Leadership and Project Management
- Lead R&D projects and drive advancements in chemical technology.
- Mentor, train, and guide junior chemists and laboratory technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and operations, to meet company targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
