Job Description
B R Bang Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting retailers, distributors, and prospective customers over the phone to generate sales, maintain customer relationships, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, pending orders, and payment updates.
- Update customer records and sales activities in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
