Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and motivated "Academic Advisor" to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, convert inquiries into enrollments, and consistently achieve assigned admission targets.Strong communication, sales and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with the prospective candidates who have inquired about the programs.
Provide program details and guide students in choosing the right course.
Follow up with leads to ensure enrolment conversions.
Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in the CRM system.
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Prior experience in EduTech, Admissions Target, or student counselling preferred.
Goal-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to meet targets.
Candidates from Jaipur are preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- EdTech Sales, Student Admissions or Education Counselling: 1 year (Required)
