Job Summary
Unisoft Technologies is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Web Development Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students and aspiring professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web development technologies and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical, hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on web development technologies.
- Teach both fundamental and advanced concepts using real-world projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Guide students in developing responsive and dynamic web applications.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct coding practice sessions, doubt-solving sessions, and mock interviews.
- Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Maintain attendance, student performance reports, and training documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and deployment concepts is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle beginner and intermediate-level learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in web development and/or technical training.
- Freshers with exceptional technical knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
