We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-powered marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, brand visibility, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and link building.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other emerging answer engines.
- Optimize content for AI search, featured snippets, knowledge panels, voice search, and zero-click search experiences.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across multiple social platforms to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Conduct App Store Optimization (ASO) for iOS and Android applications to improve rankings, visibility, and downloads.
- Optimize website conversion rates through Growth Website Optimization (GWO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user journey analysis.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, automation, and performance analysis.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Perform competitor analysis, market research, and identify growth opportunities across search, social, AI platforms, and app marketplaces.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and product teams to improve digital performance and user experience.
- Create and present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations and growth strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, AI search developments, advertising platforms, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Growth Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing, ASO, AEO, CRO, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
