We are building AvQuint Innovations, a deep-tech automotive startup working on a patented inbuilt automatic car cover system.
Alongside the product, we’re actively building our content presence sharing our journey, insights, and stories around startups, innovation, and real-world problem solving.
Our content spans across Instagram Reels, YouTube podcasts, and educational/explainer formats.
We’re now looking to work with creative individuals who can match our speed, understand our vision, and help us present it in a clean, engaging, and high-quality way.
Role Overview:
We're looking for someone who can handle both design and video editing:
Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting Instagram posts, carousel creatives, thumbnails, and story assets
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visuals
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Video Editing Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form reels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit long-form podcast-style videos for YouTube
- Occasionally work on educational / explainer-style videos with basic motion graphics
- Enhance storytelling with clean cuts, good pacing, and on-brand captions
Skills Required:
- Strong sense of modern design trends and social media storytelling
- Fluency with video editing tools and design software
- Basic motion graphics & text animations (preferred)
- Ability to deliver under tight timelines and adapt based on feedback
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with meme-style or viral Instagram content
- Understanding of startup / tech content
- Good typography and thumbnail creation skills
- Hindi-English bilingual understanding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
