Job Discription:
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
