- Lead planning execution and delivery of

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather refine and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Work closely with
- NET development teams to translate requirements into technical tasks estimates and sprint plans
- Oversee solution design and implementation ensuring adherence to
- NET best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines
- Manage project risks issues and dependencies and drive proactive mitigation and resolution strategies
- Coordinate with QA DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth builds deployments and releases
- Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and metrics and provide clear timely status reports to leadership and clients
- Facilitate agile ceremonies planning stand ups reviews retrospectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide team members promoting collaboration accountability and high performance
- Ensure proper documentation of requirements designs test plans and release notes for all
