Position: Sales Executive – Battery Sales
Location: Raipur
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Volterra, Akasa, and Laser Pro battery products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience and a proven ability to build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Volterra, Akasa, and Laser Pro batteries.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct market visits to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with management.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales experience in Battery, EV, Automobile, or FMCG industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
