Job Overview:
We are looking for an International Telesales Executive to join our team and collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, user experience (UX), and SEO. As a Web Consultant, you will provide expert advice on website development, optimization, and digital strategy, ensuring that clients’ web presences align with their business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service Promotion: Promote and market the company’s offerings to international clients.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their website goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Custom Marketing Plans: Create and implement personalized web marketing strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Recommendations: Advise on website design, content creation, social media strategies, and SEO techniques.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry to offer clients the most effective and relevant solutions.
- B2B Website Process: Work on business-to-business website development and marketing processes.
- Outbound Process: Engage in outbound marketing efforts to attract and convert leads.
- Shift Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift Only)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off)
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Requirements: Minimum of a higher secondary education (12th grade).
- Communication: Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in web-related processes is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
