Key Responsibilities:
- Handle US-based customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and sell printer support services and antivirus solutions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an international BPO voice process.
- Prior experience in sales (printer support / antivirus / tech sales preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or US accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Basic technical understanding of printers and antivirus software is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
