Job Summary:
The Documentation Executive is responsible for handling, verifying, and processing client documents related to immigration, PR, work permit, visitor visa, and study abroad applications. The role requires proper coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely file processing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Handling
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per immigration requirements
- Prepare documentation checklists for clients
- Ensure all submitted documents are accurate and complete
- Maintain proper digital and physical records of client files
2. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and updates
- Follow up with clients for pending documents
- Guide clients on required formats, notarization, and supporting documents
3. File Processing Support
- Prepare and review application files before submission
- Coordinate with processing teams for smooth application handling
- Update application and file status regularly in CRM/software
4. Quality & Compliance
- Cross-check all documents before submission
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, company SOPs, and embassy requirements
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in files
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
- Update trackers, reports, and file records regularly
- Submit daily and weekly status reports to management
6. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with sales, counselling, and processing departments
- Support senior documentation and processing executives
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management
Required Skills:
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in the Canada PR process
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in immigration documentation or processing preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in documentation, visa processing, or customer support preferred
- Freshers with good communication and documentation skills may also apply
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of immigration and study abroad procedures
- Ability to handle multiple client files efficiently
- Problem-solving and client handling skills
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
