- Office Operations & FacilitiesAct as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees, providing excellent customer service.Manage office layout, coordinate workspaces, and handle building security or access passes.Submit work orders and coordinate with property management or external contractors for repairs and maintenance.Inventory & Supply ManagementMonitor and maintain adequate stock levels of office stationery, pantry items, and breakroom supplies.Order equipment and supplies while negotiating rates with vendors to adhere to office budgets.Administrative SupportDirect incoming correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and packages.Assist different departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and expense reporting.Schedule and set up meeting rooms, ensuring technology (e.g., projectors, video conferencing) is fully operational.Vendor & Contract ManagementOversee relationships with third-party service providers (e.g., cleaning services, catering, office equipment leasing).Ensure service level agreements are met and process related vendor invoices.
