Job Summary
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The GRE acts as the first point of contact, manages guest interactions, and helps deliver a memorable dining and bar experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage table reservations and waiting lists.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow up with guests during and after their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest feedback.
- Assist in promoting special events, menu items, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Build positive relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Support the management team in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
