Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of solution architectures that meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication to bridge gaps between technical teams and business units.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT service management platforms to ensure seamless service delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
