Job Description:
Kish Hospitality Consultant is currently hiring for the position of Front Office Manager for a boutique resort in Vingurla, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:
1. The Front Office Manager in daily operations and supervision of the front desk team.
2. Provide excellent customer service to all guests and handle any guest complaints or concerns.
3. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process, including handling reservations, room assignments, and payment procedures.
4. Train and manage front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellmen, to ensure efficient and professional service.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to front desk staff.
6. Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
7. Assist in developing and implementing front desk and guest service policies and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs, occupancy rates, and revenue.
9. Monitor and manage the front desk budget, including labor costs and expenses.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in guest service and front office operations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a boutique hotel or resort setting.
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
5. Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, revenue management, and guest service.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Fluency in English and local language.
9. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
10. Must be willing to relocate to Vingurla, Sindhudurg.
