Position Sales manager
Experience: Minimum 4 Years Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales operations for our digital team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities in English and Hindi, and a proven track record of driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales digital teams. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and mentoring. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. - Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team productivity. Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proven experience in managing digital sales operations. - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably handling both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams.
