Job Responsibilities HR (Moople Institute of Animation & Design, Bardhaman Centre)
- Manage end-to-end staff hiring and recruitment process
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and offer letter issuance
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and payroll/salary calculation
- Ensure employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations and work allocation
- Support student placement activities in coordination with the placement team
- Maintain HR records, compliance, and reporting
