We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding quality candidates to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through various recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates
Maintain recruitment records and reports
Assist in onboarding and training processes
Achieve monthly recruitment targets
Requirements
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media recruitment
✔ Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or insurance preferred
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
