- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Cardiovascular Technology.
- Should have 6–10 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab as Incharge.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily lab workflows, schedule procedures, and coordinate with cardiologists and anesthesiology teams.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and train nurses, technicians, and support staff, ensuring competence in cardiac procedures.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce infection control, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NABH standards).
- Equipment & Inventory: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot imaging and monitoring equipment; manage supply inventory.
- Patient Care: Monitor high-standard care and ensure proper documentation, records, and reporting.
