Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of Xpress Health. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards. You will play a crucial role in driving financial efficiency and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis to support business decisions, cost management, and profitability.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and budgets.
- Implement financial controls, ensuring the integrity of financial data and preventing fraud or errors.
- Conduct financial risk analysis and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring professional development and effective teamwork.
- Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders (auditors, regulators) as required.
- Monitor tax compliance, assist with audits, and ensure all financial reporting requirements are met.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably in a healthcare or service-based industry.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving
