Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions (often using CRM software)
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve customer satisfaction
